Armstrong Biome Zephyr (ST260) is the lightest color in the Biome Savannah design, rated at 50-54% light reflectance. That matches Earthen Amur, but the look differs: Zephyr appears as a pale off-white with faint beige streaking in Armstrong's swatch, rather than Amur's bold arched grain.

Put walk-off mats at the entrances, but choose vinyl-backed or colorfast woven mats: rubber- and latex-backed mats can permanently discolor resilient floors. Day to day, a damp mop with a properly diluted neutral cleaner, such as Armstrong S-485, is all the floor needs, and polish is optional.

Finish: Diamond 10 Technology

Installation and warranty: Full-spread glue-down. The 30-year commercial limited warranty requires a recommended Armstrong adhesive, such as S-995 or S-1000, installed according to Armstrong's instructions.
