Armstrong Biome Maelstrom (ST264) is the second-darkest Savannah color at 15-19% light reflectance; only Ferralite (10-14%) is darker. Armstrong's swatch suggests a deep charcoal gray with darker streaking through the weathered grain.
On concrete, the slab tests decide which adhesive you can use. Test moisture, pH, and bond before installation, with in-situ relative humidity probes under ASTM F2170 as the preferred moisture method. S-995 accepts a surface pH up to 10 on or above grade (9 below grade), while S-1000 is rated to pH 14 and 100% RH for slabs outside S-995's limits. For the bond test, glue down 3' x 3' test panels and check them after 72 hours.
Finish: Diamond 10 Technology
Installation and warranty: Full-spread glue-down. The 30-year commercial limited warranty requires a recommended Armstrong adhesive, such as S-995 or S-1000, installed according to Armstrong's instructions.
