Armstrong Biome ST261 Mirage (ST261) is the second-lightest Savannah color at 35-39% light reflectance, a clear step darker than Zephyr (50-54%) and well lighter than Delta and Monsoon (20-24%). The swatch shows what appears to be a light grayish tan with soft, irregular streaking.

Renovating? Mirage can go over existing VCT or sheet vinyl on or above grade, as long as the old floor is firmly bonded and stripped of wax and polish. It can't go over existing commercial LVT. If old flooring or cutback adhesive is coming up, don't sand or dry-scrape it, because older products may contain asbestos.

Finish: Diamond 10 Technology

Installation and warranty: Full-spread glue-down. The 30-year commercial limited warranty requires a recommended Armstrong adhesive, such as S-995 or S-1000, installed according to Armstrong's instructions.
