Armstrong Biome Argyll (ST150) is the second-darkest Altitude color at 15-19% light reflectance; only Moorland (10-14%) is deeper. Armstrong's swatch suggests a dark gray-brown with a slight olive cast and darker knots.

For stores, Biome is recommended for department store, grocery, and mass-merchant sales floors, checkout areas, and mall common areas, as well as produce, frozen food, floral, pet shop, and laundromat spaces. In food service, it belongs in front of fast-food counters, not behind them or in commercial kitchens, and only where there is no standing water. Store entryways and automobile showrooms are not recommended.

Finish: Diamond 10 Technology

Installation and warranty: Full-spread glue-down. The 30-year commercial limited warranty requires a recommended Armstrong adhesive, such as S-995 or S-1000, installed according to Armstrong's instructions.
