Armstrong Biome Arabica (ST273) sits just above Mangrove and Understory (10-14%) in the Selva design, at 15-19% light reflectance. It appears as a rich, dark coffee brown with fine, straight grain, warmer than the grayer Mangrove and Understory.

The last steps of installation decide how well the floor bonds. Roll the whole floor in both directions with a 100-lb. roller, using a hand roller in tight spots such as toe kicks; with S-1000, rolling has to happen within 30 minutes. Wipe adhesive off the plank surface right away with a white cloth dampened with neutral detergent and water, and remove any dried residue with denatured alcohol.

Finish: Diamond 10 Technology

Installation and warranty: Full-spread glue-down. The 30-year commercial limited warranty requires a recommended Armstrong adhesive, such as S-995 or S-1000, installed according to Armstrong's instructions.
