A faded, ornate motif sits on a dusty blue-gray ground in Nocturnal Blue, a 16x16 vinyl tile from Armstrong Alternaâ€™s Lost Empire design. Its finish is low gloss. For anyone shopping blue luxury vinyl tile, this one is a muted blue.

Armstrongâ€™s install sheet says no pattern matching is needed, so tiles go down in random order and the motifs land wherever they land. Itâ€™s waterproof, and the full-spread install works at any grade level. Grout is optional, and Blue Ash is the only color Armstrong lists. Armstrong covers residential use for life and light commercial use for five years, both limited.
