Agate Gray has the fine, linear streaking of travertine, in a light gray with a touch of beige. Itâ€™s a 12x24 gray travertine vinyl tile from the Kalla Travertine design in Armstrong Alternaâ€™s line, with a low-gloss finish.

It isnâ€™t ceramic or porcelain. Itâ€™s vinyl that Armstrong positions as an alternative to stone, ceramic, and porcelain, with a surface thatâ€™s warmer to the touch and kinder to your feet. Itâ€™s waterproof and glued down across the whole back, with approval for every grade. Armstrongâ€™s grout list for it has one entry Mist. A residence is covered for life and a light commercial space for five years, both under limited warranties.
