Delivery / Pickup

Yes, in most areas we can ship direct. In more rural locations we are only able to offer pickup options.

Yes, we have 3rd party warehouses that allow for customer to pickup materials locally. Additional handling may be added to transfer materials from the manufacturer.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout, but we will use the recommended carrier based on location and types of materials being shipped.

Products

Returns are only allowed for unopened materials and may have a minimum requirement from the manufacturer. If return shipping is required, customers will be provided instructions on how to return. The cost to return goods will be the responsibility of the customer and may incur a 25-35% retocking fee. Typically, returns are only applicable for damaged or defective products.

The warranty on materials is typically passed through from the manufacturer. Please ask the manufacturer if you are concerned with length or coverage of warranty. All materials are direct from the mill, so are considered top quality. We do not warranty claims due to faulty installation or if other products than recommended are used to prep/install materials.
