Could pick it up locally rather than having to pay for shipping. The price was also that best that I found, and this is the best adhesive Armstrong makes for VCT (Vinyl Composite Tile).

Price was inexpensive and they were available quickly. The price to deliver $331 tiles from Orlando to St Petersburg was $377. I had to take a day off work to pick them up.
