This is not a rating on the tile, just my order! The tile is great as I have it in a commercial business installed now for 18 years needing to replace a few that have chipped corners with wear. My order was not followed up since it was back ordered. They called only my home phone and not my delivery or cell number left with the order. My order was delayed about two weeks so I called to find the order had never been placed. I placed the order a second time 1-15-16 with an ETA of 2 to 3 weeks so I am STILL WAITING for delivery
