It depends on where you are. Orders typically take 1-2 days to be processed and are shipped and delivered within 3-21 days. Most deliveries past 7 days are special order and are noted at the time of the order; as some goods are made to order. Special order goods that take longer than 21 days are not able to be canceled if already on the production schedule to be produced. Any cut goods like carpet or sheet vinyl/linoleum can not be returned or canceled once cutting has ocurred.

Yes, we can typically price match any online price if you can provide a copy of the competing quote. Unlike other companies, we try to have our lowest price offered on the first quote. If ordering a large quantity of flooring, we can provide additional discounts. Since we have a great relationship with most manufacturers, these special prices come directly from our representatives. If you are able to wait for a custom quote, we are willing to provide you with the best possible price.

No accessories like glue or trims can be returned unless provided special written permissions. All returns are subject to a restocking/cancellation fee.

We can ship to any freight forwarder based in the United States. Then, you can transport materials to anywhere you want to through the 3rd-Party shipping broker. Once materials arrive at the freight forwarding agent, we assume no liability for goods. All sales are final for international shipments. Returns or exchanges will not be permitted unless materials arrive at the forwarder damaged/defective and clear documentation is provided.
