Warranty

30 Years Commercial Limited Warranty

Armstrong Biome Understory (ST275) ties with Mangrove as the darkest Selva color at 10-14% light reflectance, and across Biome only Tellus Polar Night (0-9%) measures darker. In Armstrong's swatch it appears as a near-charcoal gray with fine, straight grain, cooler than Mangrove.

Color and visual variation is normal in resilient flooring, and Armstrong recommends reviewing several tiles before installation. A sample is the easiest way to compare Understory and Mangrove side by side. To estimate your order, divide your measured square footage by 36, round up to whole cartons, and add the waste allowance your installer recommends.

Finish: Diamond 10 Technology

Installation and warranty: Full-spread glue-down. The 30-year commercial limited warranty requires a recommended Armstrong adhesive, such as S-995 or S-1000, installed according to Armstrong's instructions.
