Floating Installation
COREtec Advanced+ is considered a float install as it does not require adhesive or nails to be secured to the subloor. Although we really don't like the term floating when it comes to COREtec because it is 100% waterproof and this click-together flooring snaps into place and in minutes your new floors are ready to walk on. Since they do not require sticky glue or nailing; we consider this a level 2; do it yourself project. Although we still recommend having a professional floor installer lay the product down, it certainly can be done by anyone with a few handyman or woman skills.
