Amber Sagebrush is an Armstrong Alterna 16x16 vinyl tile from the Lost Empire design: a light gray-taupe, concrete-like ground with a faded medallion pattern in dusty mauve. Low gloss.

Armstrong says no special tools or underlayment are needed to install it. Waterproof, and set in full spread in rooms at, above, or below ground level. You can grout it if you like; just donâ€™t seal the grout. The residential warranty is lifetime and limited. The light commercial one lasts five years.
