Forbo V-1190 is a high-performance, solvent-free acrylic adhesive specifically formulated for Forbo Flotex, Sphera, and Allura Decibel. It provides an extremely secure, moisture-resistant bond with high shear strength. This zero-VOC formula is ideal for environmentally sensitive projects and can be installed on concrete that is above, on and below grade, APA approved plywood, and underlayment-grade hardboard.

Installation Instructions

Permanent Installation: When installing Sphera, Eternal, or Flotex for a permanent bond, allow adhesive to develop body (10–20 minutes). Material must be placed into wet adhesive to ensure 100% transfer. Do not allow adhesive to dry. Roll in both directions with a 100 lb. roller immediately after placement.

Releasable Installation: For modular products like Flotex Planks or Tiles, apply with a roller and allow to turn completely clear and dry to the touch (30–60 minutes). Once clear, install flooring within the 4-hour working time. Roll in both directions with a 100 lb. roller.
