Tarkett/Johnsonite Millwork® Recessed (MW-XX-X63) is a premium rubber wall base profile with a clean, set-back groove that creates a subtle architectural shadow line. Built for high-traffic commercial spaces, it delivers the upscale look of millwork with the everyday practicality of resilient trim.

Key Features

• Architectural “Recessed” profile — A refined, set-back groove near the top edge adds depth and a modern shadow line without bulky projections.
• Millwork® system match — Coordinates in texture, sheen, and color with other Millwork profiles for a consistent, built-in look across all rooms.
• Premium rubber construction — Thermoplastic rubber resists scuffs, dents, and daily wear; ideal for corridors, classrooms, patient areas, and retail.
• Cleanability & hygiene — Non-porous surface wipes down quickly; helps maintain professional, sanitary interiors with minimal maintenance.
• Comfort & wall protection — Cushions light impacts and shields drywall, casework, and columns from carts, luggage, and foot traffic.
• Color depth — Available in the full Johnsonite palette (neutrals, warm tones, cools, and metallics) to match paint, flooring, and fixtures.
• Specification-friendly — Meets common low-VOC standards (FloorScore®/CA 01350) and is formulated without ortho-phthalates (except recycled content).
• Installer-approved — Flexible, forgiving material that conforms to subtle wall variations; pairs with standard rubber base adhesives for a reliable bond.
• Design continuity — Pairs well with Perceptions™ “Recess Toe” for coordinated looks where a toe is preferred, while keeping the same visual language.
• Built for busy spaces — Durable enough for high-traffic environments; maintains its crisp profile line even under daily cleaning routines.

Use Millwork® Recessed anywhere you want a minimalist, tailored detail that elevates the base line—delivering the warmth of architectural millwork with the performance of resilient rubber.
