Dining room flooring

Customer service rep was polite and eager to help. I was sold a product with a different item number than what I had ordered. I specifically asked for an older style product, and ordered it by part number. When picking up, I was given a product with a newer locking mechanism that did not match the existing. This is a common issue, but could have been avoided had I been told that the old style product I had ordered was no longer available, and I was being sold a newer edition.
