The customer service from Floor City has been exceptional! They are truly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in all things flooring! We selected the Armstrong floor for it's durability and resemblance to that of actual wood. Needed vinyl flooring for a renovation at a major shipping company on the same day and without being able to source the product within our locale Floor City came thru for us and we were able to pick it up from one of there warehouses and hour away and get the job completed.
