Armstrong s289

I ordered this on Tuesday, anticipating Delivery on Thursday, Friday. I called on Thursday to check, left a message, and then was sent an e-mail that stated that they were resending because they think that UPS lost the material. I then called a local supplier who had it in stock and called to cancel the order with floor city. I was told then that they actually had never shipped my order, but it had just gone out on a truck within the hour. I asked if I could cancel the order since it didn't ship when it was supposed to on Tuesday. I was told that since it was already on the truck, it could not be canceled. I will never order anything from this company again.
