Armstrong 80807 alabaster

The price is very good for this product and the salesman, Andrew, very polite and knowledgeable. The product arrived on time and appeared to be intact and was signed for. Upon unrolling the sheet, there is a 3" hole in it that I am told I must take up with Armstrong and not where it was purchased from. That's disappointing, but was made clear upon purchase.
