What methods of payment do you accept? We take all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, ect.) We also accept cash, company checks and cashier's checks.
Do you charge sales tax? Only in the state of Washington where we are physically based. There is no tax charged on out of state shipments. Please consult with your local county for applicable use tax. We as a courtesy to our customers pay all local taxes to distributors in your region.
Can I place an order online? Yes, our store works similar to Amazon except that we do not take payments over the Internet. After your order is submitted online to our order department you will be contacted by sales to complete your order by phone. To place an order by phone or to confirm your order please call 800-898-9540.
Do you ship direct? Yes, we will ship flooring products directly to your home or business.
Do you ship internationally? No, we only ship to customers in the United States, the only exception is Canada. * Canadian customers, please contact customer service for B.C. coverage areas.
Where do you get your products from? FloorCity.com is an online store that sells products directly to customers in the United States. We have partnered with multiple flooring distributors nationwide to allow for convenient pick-up locations in your area. All of the products we distribute are brand new items made in America, China, Italy and other international countries.
Can I return an item if I don't use it? Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and the cost of returned shipping. Special order items are non-returnable.
Do you have a warranty with the products you sell? All warranties are those of the Manufacturer. We do not personally guarantee the quality of the products we sell. See manufacturers website for product warranty information.
